HARARE NORTH

When comrade turns on comrade in Zimbabwe, even the patriots have to beat a hasty path to the UK, from where they lick their wounds in a quiet corner of the country and begin a new life. But this young man, unreconstructed and full of passionate intensity, is not about to make a quiet entry into the refugee fringe; he intends to find his way back to his beloved country at any cost. But truth, at times capricious, also has a way of immovably placing itself right before one's nose. When he discovers that his understanding of the motives that drive the political cause which he has sworn by is as thin as his grasp of the reasons for his flight from Zimbabwe, his reality begins to unravel on the streets of London.
