Adam Polonsky is the development executive at Focus Films, where he is helping to build a slate of low budet feature films. Prior to this, Adam was a freelance script editor, providing development services to writers and producers across a range of genre. He has also been a reader in the industry for over three years, having qualified with distinction from the National Film & Television School's Script Development Diploma.

Recognising the drive and ambition of Tibor Jones & Associates to discover and nurture new writing talent, Adam is looking forward to being a part of a growing collective of professionals, who work across traditional literary boundaries and whose ambition it is to open up the industry to emerging voices.
